Acne is one of the most common problem for men and women both, especially for young generation. Drink Green Tea:
Green tea includes anti-oxidants and anti-bacterial formula, which is quite effective for acne and pimples. Drinking green tea regularly can help to balance of hormones, and blood pressure, as well as it has vitamin c, Zinc and manganese and vitamin E, which are helpful for healthy and glowing skin. Green tea is easily available in the market; try to drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea in one day. For more benefits try not to add sugar, as a substitute you can add some honey in green tea.
Green Tea and Honey:
The mixture of honey and green tea is best for acne and glowing skin. Honey and green tea both are perfect moisturizer for any skin tone, and gives you refreshing and young look. What you simply do that:-
- Add a green tea bag into boiling water for 2 minutes, let it cool down for 10 minutes. You can also use green tea powder.
- Extract the leaves out and add some honey in this, and make thick paste.
- Apply this paste on affected area and leave it for 20 to 25 minutes, then wash it off with normal water.
- Repeat this method once in a day and for 1 week.
Green Tea and Lemon:
Lemon work as natural bleaches and astringent, it improves your skin tone and makes it light. Its anti-bacterial property kills the acne bacteria and reduces the growth of acne. You must take green tea with some lemon juice. You need to boil 1 tea bag of green tea, and add 1 tsp of lemon juice into it. Apply this on affected area for overnight then wash it off.
Green Tea and apple cider vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar includes anti-bacterial property, it helps to dry out the pimples and destroy bacteria. The first method is, add 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar into 1 cup of green tea, and add some honey and drink this once in a day. Second method is, take ¼ cup of water and ¼ cup of green tea, and mix 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar. Apply this mixture on affected area with cotton ball, repeat this process once in a day, it will make your skin smooth and soft and acne free.
